As a leadership, business development and engineering consultant, Bennett takes pride in teaching leadership skills, change management, manufacturing technology tools such as lean manufacturing, six-sigma, problem-solving techniques, and process skills building. He helps organizations to understand that the business environment is changing and assists managers in changing their traditional ways of doing business, which is no longer cost effective, by providing them with the necessary tools to make the necessary profound adjustments to remain competitive.


Experience
His recent and past clients include General Atomics, a company that manufactures, operates and services state-of-the-art unmanned aircraft (UAVs); Loud Engineering, an aerospace company that manufactures landing gears for the U.S. military aircrafts; Alfred Mann Foundation, a scientific and medical research firm; and Pharmavite LLC, a vitamins manufacturing company. He is also an Adjunct Faculty in the Engineering Department at the College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita, California.

Education
Bennett Annan is a third and final year Doctor of Education, Ed.D. student in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University, California, U.S.A. Bennett holds a B.S. (Mechanical Engineering) degree from the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana; a M.S. (Mechanical Engineering) degree from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, U.S.A.; a Further Education Teachers’ Certificate, F.E.T.C. from the City and Guilds Institute, London, U.K.: an MBA (Leadership and Management) degree from the University of LaVerne, LaVerne, California, U.S.A.; and he is currently a third and final year Doctor of Education, Ed.D. student in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University, California, U.S.A.

Career Start
He started his working career in the U.S. as a Research Associate working for Technical Research Associates, TRA in Salt Lake City, Utah and moved to California and to work for TRW, Inc., as a Design and Manufacturing Engineer. He later worked for Kavlico Corporation and Zebra Technologies Corporation in California.
In 1998, he decided to form his own company, an engineering consulting and design and manufacturing company. Two years later he invented, prototyped and patented two products successfully with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, USPTO; U.S. Patent Nos. US 6,189,947 B1 and US D459,130 S were granted on February 20, 2001 and June 25, 2002 respectively.
He has so far published articles in scholarly journals that include “ Global Leadership through Cultural Exchange ” in the Society for Advancement of Management, (SAM) and “ A Prescription Drug for Corporate Scandals ” in the Institute of Behavioral and Applied Management, (IBAM). He is currently writing a book on “ Managerial Leadership Practices in Africa ” .

Nature
He has an affable nature and ability to appeal personally to nearly everyone across all racial lines. Bennett is very comfortable with his living situation, he is pretty much on the happy side of life and really does love life. He believes his purpose on earth is to use his great leadership skills to make a great impact in the society by helping people to develop multiple skills and become information savvy.
