The president and founder of the Institute of African Leadership,
Bennett Annan, is originally from Ghana, Africa, and came to the
United States in 1986. He formed the Institute of African Leadership
when he began writing his doctoral dissertation on "Compare
analyses of leadership practices of managerial leaders of United
States and the Republic of Ghana".
At the Institute of African Leadership, we are very knowledgeable
in the field of African managerial leadership styles and practices,
culture, and ethics.In addition, we are familiar with the many facets
of leadership training and we are experts on How to run a successful
business in Africa.
